Keep Your Space Running Smoothly
Small habits can make a big difference! When adjusting your thermostat, avoid changing it more than 5 degrees at a time and aim to keep your apartment between 65–75 degrees for optimal comfort and efficiency.
In the kitchen, be mindful of what goes down the garbage disposal. Items like egg shells, rice, grease, and bones can cause clogs and damage. When in doubt—throw it out!
Laundry & Appliances Made Easy
For the best laundry results, try using a 30-minute quick dry cycle and clean the lint trap weekly to prevent buildup. Also, avoid overloading your washer or dryer—this helps everything run more efficiently and keeps your clothes in better condition.
Don’t forget about your dishwasher! Running it at least once a week helps maintain performance. Be sure to use liquid dishwasher detergent and avoid dish soap, which can cause unwanted messes.
Bathroom Best Practices
Our showers are designed with extra-tall liners to protect your space. If you’ve added your own decorative curtain, just make sure it stays outside the liner to prevent water from escaping.
