We are beyond excited about the upcoming Move-In day! One important item that should be taken care of prior to move-in is your Verizon Cable/Wi-Fi service. We provide basic Wi-Fi and Cable for free to our residents but one person from each unit must register with Verizon and activate the service. Please don’t hesitate; Verizon is ready to take your order now. Communicate with your roommates and decide who will own it. Remember, you will not be charged or receive any bills at all (unless you upgrade your services). To activate your service, please call your Verizon Bulk Sales Agent at 800-501-1172 during the following hours; Mon – Fri 8 AM- 7 PM, Sat 9 AM- 6 PM.
SimpleBills is a utility management service we are providing this leasing period to help our residents keep track of their utility usage. Every resident must pay either a one-time fee of $60, or $5 monthly for this service; This will allow you to monitor your $25 dollar monthly electricity allowance. Look out for an email from SimpleBills with your sign in information. Go to SimpleBills.com and sign in with your username and temporary password. Finish your SimpleBills account before moving in then sit back and relax; SimpleBills will notify you when your first bill is ready.
Luxor Mail service is a secure package delivery system that we use to ensure the safety of our residents incoming mail. You’ll receive an email with instructions to confirm your Luxor One account. Once your account is set up, use your normal shipping address when shopping online. When your package is delivered to the Luxor One system, you will get a notification with an access code. Enter your access code at the Luxor One touchscreen to pick up your package.
Our staff will be following Social Distancing guidelines and wearing Face-Coverings on the day of Move-In. Signs outside will indicate where to park and our team will be present to help in any way. We’re so excited to see our new residents and introduce them to the Nest! We’ll see you on August 1st!
