Philadelphia to Enter Modified Green Phase of Reopening

06.25.20

Philadelphia County has met the criteria necessary to enter the Green Phase of Pennsylvania’s reopening process. Beginning June 26th, all Public/Private businesses in Pennsylvania may open as long as they adhere to the CDC guidelines of mask-wearing and social distancing. Work that can be done remotely is still asked to do so. Although the criteria for Green Phase has been met, Mayor Jim Kenney will take special precautions with Philadelphia’s reopening due to the fact that it is the largest and most densely populated area in the state. Despite this, Residents and Visitors to the area can still expect a large number of shopping/dining options to be open beginning Friday, June 26th.
